Pre-Tryout Clinic

The Des Moines Capitals coaching staff are hosting a dynamic hockey clinic designed to prepare incoming 10U, 12U, and 14U players for their upcoming DMYHA tryouts. The clinic focuses on sharpening fundamental skills such as skating, stickhandling, shooting, and game awareness, while also introducing players to the intensity and structure of tryout-level competition. With guidance from experienced coaches, participants will gain valuable feedback, improve their on-ice performance, and build confidence ahead of the evaluation process. The clinic provides a supportive yet challenging environment, helping players get a step ahead as they gear up for the next phase of their hockey development.
